The SPACE SAVER HD is a freestanding top loading cabinet with 8-inch diameter work ports for ease of operation. The SPACE SAVER HD uses a larger 16.2 cfm @ 80 psi gun assembly for faster part cleaning. You can easily match this model to any air compressor that runs on 220-volt single-phase electricity. Just ensure that your air compressor has an operating volume of 16 cfm at 90-100 psi.

The Space Saver HD also includes the ½ HP motor and radial blower assembly with a 350 cfm abrasive separator reclaimer. This combination creates more than one air change every 2 seconds inside the cabinet for greater visibility.  It also comes with its own separator reclaimer that cleans the abrasive and prevents usable abrasive escape to the dust collector.

Also included is the Tubular Dust Collector with Dust Storage Container. Always compare machine features to ensure your money has been well spent. All Space Saver HD units include:

• 100% welded construction, not a spot-welded cabinet
• Abrasive mixing valve, eliminates erratic blast patterns
• Foot operated blast gun, trigger guns are large and awkward inside smaller cabinets
• Safety glass window, easy to scratch plastic is no substitute for safety-glass
• 1/2-hp, 350-cfm exhaust blower with abrasive separator reclaimer and tubular dust collector, saves abrasive and creates better cabinet visibility.

The above features are included on every Space Saver HD machine. Additional Optional Features listed are available at an additional cost. Any Option listed in Underlined Blue Italic is available as bolt on and can be added to house inventory prior to machine shipment. Other options listed are available but require a custom machine work order and may increase machine delivery time.

The difference is in the design ... Purchase any Light Duty HD model blast cabinet and Media Blast will install the 1/2 HP 350-cfm blower, a separator reclaimer and a tubular dust collector. Maximum Inside cabinet air changes per minute with clean abrasive is best!
